So I don't actually now if this is a bug since this is the first time i've tried a build like this but i have placed a savage set on my Jarang, and atm he deals about 4500 dmg on the hard godfrey crossing hardscales, with his basic, now after getting the 60% decrease debuff on them it appears that the dmg doesn't increase at all? Like i said before, I don't fully know if it is a bug, but if it isn't could i get an explanation of how that works.
