Having the exact issue, ended up getting 10 3 star boots, three with attack. Wasted a whole lot of energy

Artifacts has to be att% not just plain att.

Yeah the boots do need a primary stat of att % (artifact challenge 6.3), I guess the 15 three-stars over hundreds of games only include 5 attacks and none of them %. Guess I should be complaining about bs drop rates instead

None of them are, it's true. I'm saying that's a bad drop rate. I've started counting and based on 5 3* over about 100 rounds, I've now played 400 rounds, spent 1600 energy and gained 20 3* boots with no att% stat and no complete challeng. Must be quite a string of bad luck I'm having, I just want to finish the damn challenge so I can move on. Too early in a game for a grind
