Forgive the rant please but i am somewhat of an achievment whore and this is infuriating

So i only have a 4* Relentless set and cant complete the artifact mission, thats just wrong and needs to be addressed. I see from hunting on here i am by NO means alone , i get why its not farmable no probs with that but ffs change the mission surely this can not be that hard.
