Why?

So I purchased the level 20 package which contained 3 ancient shards, 3 void shards and 1 sacred shard but I only got 1 of my void shard champions instead of 3? What happened with my other 2 epic champions?

Hey Eddy!

Could you send a screenshot of the champions you got? And you might already know this but a side note: not every void shard is guaranteed to give you an epic. I'm not sure if that is what you were asking but I'm just gonna throw that out there.
