Step 1: Go to Champion Index | Factions;

Step 2: select Sacred Order, and find the Tallia hero;

Step 3: Check Tallia’s Awesome Presence skill description;

Description:

Tallia's Awesome Presence skill description refers to placing a [Counterattack] buff on herself and also a 75% chance of placing a 25% [Weaken] debuff on enemies for 2 turns. It is unclear as to how many enemies the Weaken debuff has a chance to apply to (1 or more enemies? All?) or whether Weaken has a chance to be applied to enemies at the time of counterattacking.
