Item not recived after campain fight

Grinding a mission for a piece.
The game told me i got the item i needed for the mission to be completed, the quest didnt get completed and the item isn´t in my inventory, i have more then 300 free spaces left in the inventory.

It said 3* green and 15% atk boost, my epic 3* at lvl 8 has 14% atk, some visual glitch sending the wrong image to the player?
