I am sure not the problem of network. When I fight with boss of spirit keep, the error happened, I should re-log in.when I fiaght with others, it is Ok . I waste too many , and can not play the game normally, please help me.
I have same problem ,in my case is a Clan Boss ,i can only fight against boss only once per day , at sec attempt the screen freeze and pop up to "re-log" always at clan boss at sec fight attempt!!! I lost several keys so far !! Anyone have solution ?! Ty

Please create a ticket concerning this case via the setting in the game.
You will be able to attach the screenshots while creating a ticket.
Also having this problem on every clan boss fight. Both devices are Android (tablet Nexus 9, phone pixel 3) but results the same. Also getting this error on some other dungeon fights. I've been losing keys and energy for about a week. Haven't successfully completed a clan boss fight for a few days at least.
Support and ticketing system appears to have been removed. It no longer loads as of a few days ago. It's just gone.
Force keep us also off limits now. No idea what is causing this but the game has quickly become unplayable.
