As a temporary solution, please try to clear the application's cache and submit a request again.

my game update on my Win 10 laptop has been loading continuously for over one hour now - when it first starts - it shows 3 min load time - then after 3 min - it shows a few seconds more - and never ends - - - i have rebooted several times - same bull shit - cleared cash & reboot same result endless update never completes
dont get your hopes up i been asking for help for past 2 weeks without any success.
for me there are 2 ways to play the game ... one is to uninstall and reinstall plarium play everytime i want to play and i cant close the game if i do i get ''updating'' and it never updates
second one is to use bluestack
