This happened to me when I first started playing and never found out how to recovermy account. then again this morning. I only found out right before I found this message, and I am so glad that I did to verify the solution is correct. Now I see how often this problem occurs to many other players and the real pain in the ass solution required of havind to tak like 10 - 20 minutes to create a whole knew game and that is risky in the fact that Plarium is known to ban users for having too many accounts. I doubt having only two accounts would make Plarium ban anyone but why wouldnt they if they think we are trying to earn free rewards that way?
The bottom line is that this issue should have never been, and should certainly had been fixed long before now. This is one more issue that Plarium does not listen to correcting problems brought up by clients. Point proven by the "Tech Master" :
