To whom it may concern,

I was not entirely sure if this goes under the Bug category, however, there is a permanent static noise whenever I play. 

I am a new player, and throughout the first tutorials, whenever the NPC was talking, there was a static noise. The game has such potential but you have to mute it due to that permanent disruption. Even after the tutorial, during battles, I had to put up with that sound. 

Is it due to the new update, can you look into it and maybe find a solution? 

I have asked other players in english global chat and some of them said they mute the game.
