Not able to use my samsung SM-T113

When i started i could use both my SM-T113 and my samsung SM-A500W. Since the upgrade I can not use my Samsung SM-T113. It says it is not compatible

Hi!


We have a troubleshoot for such cases. It helps in most of the cases.

Please clear the cache and data of the Google Play Store application:


- Head to the Settings -> Apps -> All window: http://screencast.com/t/c1A70dvLfvKN

- Find the Google Play Store application and click on it

- Click on the "Force Stop" button

- Use the "Uninstall updates", "Clear Cache" and "Clear data" buttons

- Restart your device, wait for 10 minutes and open the Google Play Store application

- Try to update/install the application one more time.
