Helllo All,  i encounter a bug where i can not ascend event chappins of 4 stars at level 40 . it says maximum level reached. 

i want to fuse my 5 level chaps but i cant due to this stupid BUG. did anyone had same issue and was abel to evorcome it ?

P.S. i alrady wrote to support , but as any support i expect they will asnwer after the events end and i wnat to ahve a naswer quicker
