Arbiter for sure! She's the in game Profile Pics for the moderator team already, and she is just a great champ, and eventually even F2P and very low spend accounts can get her if you work hard enough. :)

It would be excellent to be able to have figurines of the Champions.
Also to have a physical game card version...
Small suggestions:
We should also be able to use the avatar of our champions earned for our account...
