There have been no promo codes released at this time.  The feature in game was released in preparation for future events.

Where should we look for when the promo codes are released? Like where will they be announced?

I'm not entirely sure but I think they may be announced on Discord if nothing else. Once I find out I'll make a post somewhere on here.
