Bots??
Are they running bots in the tournaments? I put in 8 hours last night getting 500+ points ahead of the next #2 player. Sleep, wake up to someone tripling my score. Try to look up player, cant find them.

They most likely aren't bots. Some people save up a lot of champions as food that are ready to rank up as soon as the tournament starts. There might have been someone who got on after you logged off and ranked up their champions.

Autoclick is a thing too. Also different time zone affect activities.
