2 players on Klondike - I (mariah) am fine - no problem.  My grandmother also plays somewhat regularly, but on 12/10/24 your system loaded something new and, since then,  my system  no longer allows her to log in as usual by the normal way of clicking on my ID in right corner of screen and switching out to her ID - which unfortuneately neither one of us have.  - removed info here -  Help us please :-)  She is 74 and this is really all she plays when she is awake.  Thank you.  Sharra
