I saw a Deliana in arena today that was fully leveled and ascended (no awakening levels) with a +1. I've never seen that before. What does that +1 mean? How do you get a champion to that point?
I've tried Googling it, but only coming up with tips for power leveling, highest level discussions, etc..

Yeah, that's what I meant. With +1 champs, I'm not worried about them having more speed (+1 Arbiters and Lyssandras) or hitting that much harder with crit stats being the last ones. But the +1 tanky champs can be a problem for someone who just entered G4.
I mean - not really. 10% more HP and DEF isn't going to change the outcome of a fight. We're talking an extra 1700 HP and 120 DEF for most champs. It's basically an extra substat roll on a "correct" substat.
