The promo code the other day I can't get that one and I tried a couple of the other ones and 3 days ago.They didn't work but one of them worked about a week ago and now I can't get the current one that just came out to work for me. All it says is invalid.. can anyone point me in the right direction? I mean it's not that big of a deal but I wanted to ask. Thank
Can you share a bit more information? What promo codes are you trying? Some are built only for very new players, so once your account passes a certain point those codes will no longer work.
I think the only active codes right now are:
POWERSTARTER - for brand new accounts, prolonged 'til november 15th.
DKRISES - Silver, brews and a couple of potions
What do you mean by "new accounts"? I learned of the "powerstarter" code, and promo codes in general, on Day 5 but it didn't yield anything. I contacted support and was told that the system is entirely automatic and there was no clear confirmation which codes are limited to the first 72 hours of play. I was not given any option to acquire the promo.

New Accounts meaning that you used that code within your first day or two of playing.
And Support is the final arbiter of what codes you may or not be eligible for... if they didn't give you an option to go back and get a code, then that's where we're at.
The next codes will be posted here when they are released, so stay tuned for the next one! :)
