I think I remember but want to double check before I begin. If I use a 5* glyph on a 6* item, and get max for the glyph, then obviously a 6* glyph could improve the result. However it will count for the mission?
Yes, its just getting a max roll. Not maxing out an artifact substat.

23 minutes by my stopwatch, been hoarding for ever, only used 5* on this so I hope to have plenty for the next round of this wasteful mission. This is part 6 number 30. There have been a few and more coming up.

How is it a wasteful mission? Only thing I would suggest is try and do those missions during CvC.... glyphs are significant points. If you don't do cvc, ignore... lol.

They are worth a ton in cvc for sure. Wasteful in that for every 5 or so attempts I get a marginal bump. I could have waitedfor cvc but immediately got another 6 or so missions complete.
