Also ask if we can get some sort of compensation for getting this issue everymonth and being civil about it ? (every 2 weeks its either him or me that gets plarium chat banned) 

or maybe some sort of whitelist ? Idk for him but for me , each time i got chat banned , was chatting with the only person on my plarium friend list ... gets to me each time it happens ... 

Wished the spambot wouldve learned by now but he hasnt ... so send us a pizza , some chicken wings so we can get back our socializing we missed out on  :P

As a side note, and I know I mentioned this on an earlier post, I'd personally recommend you guys trade Discord details or even emails. 

I dont like Discord but if this chat issue cant be resolved I will use it.  

Yeah, but Discord doesn't get annoyed when you send too many texts without a response, too quickly. So it has that going for it as a communication method over the Plarium Play chat. :)

I didnt realize that was the problem.  And you have a valid point.  

It at least SEEMS to be something that upsets the Spam Bot. I think it is just protecting players from getting bot spammed over and over again by account sellers and such....the same ones you see in the in-game chat. They get the chat details and attempt to spam here too. :)

I use Discord myself for chatting with my clanmates and Raid associates, so I'm not recommending flippantly.

And I understand and empathize with you that in a perfect world, the Plarium Play chat would work better at distinguishing friend from foe. But, as a fellow player and forum user, I just want to provide you solutions to keep you chatting with your Raid friends. :)
