In the weekly challenges, there is a task to "Win 50 Dungeon battles using champions of the same affinity." I have won over 10 dungeon battles with a five-person High Elves team and I got ZERO credit. Any ideas?
High Elves would be a faction, whereas you need to win with 5 void, or magic, or force, or spirit champions.

I have completed the weekly forge pass but it stills shows incomplete. Is this a known bug?

I sold 37 accesories and got no credit. I went back a few hours later, sold 1 piece and got credit. Forge Pass had a glitch for a while today.
