A few thoughts:

• Drop Frozen Banshee. She's really quite useless on this team. Yes, the poison sensitivity does boost the damage from both her and Venomage - but not by a huge amount. Other than that, she only gets two poisons every three turns, which is really not much considering her actual face damage is very minimal. The reason why it might work with Dark Kael is because he does poison sensitivity on his A3, which lets FB continue to place poisons that DK can then explode with his A1.
• Ninja is really poorly geared. He's going to represent the majority of your damage, but 2500 ATK and 150 CDMG is way too low for that.
• Many of your champs have significantly more than 100% CRATE. You should try to avoid that. Yes, sometimes its unavoidable, but being almost 20% over is just unacceptable. I assume you're running CRATE gloves, which give 60% - even just swapping those for CDMG gloves with CRATE substat should be a significant improvement.

But really it's point #2 that's the main problem.

The obvious choice is Fahrakin the Fat - although be careful about tuning that with Ninja. But you may also be able to find a way to make Nekhret work - though that is going to be more complex to build.

If those are both too complicated to make work due to Ninja A1, the other two choices would be Rhazin or Geomancer.
