So, I saw ash do a vid on this and was wondering, for the people on the fourm, what is one champ you regret building?? For me it was Guurda bogbrew on my second account. I pulled her from a blue shard, took her to 50, ascended her to lvl 3, and then got Deliana 2 days later and now never use Guurda.

Lua. Clanmate of mine - who is and I cannot stress this enough, the biggest Hydra enthusiast I know - had an idea that she could perhaps function as a mini Trunda of sorts, nuking vs. decapitated heads and just AoE slamming in general, especially with that A1.

Overall regret goes maybe too far, but prioritizing my Vergumkaar was a mistake. He has his uses, but he was the 3rd champ I maxed out despite Royal Huntsman, Magnarr, Chani and others waiting in line. And what can I say, as now one of still only 7 champs on 60 he doesn't make the team sheet very often.
Elhain, my starter. I had no choice but I regret picking her instead of kael. Next was gnarlhorn, for unkillable cb for one affinity. Terrible decision, I think non unkillable team outperformed with his waste of a slot.

I do like him for his general idea and his visual design, but I wish you could get some more out of him.
Looking over my roster of 60s, I guess the one that I used the absolute least after leveling would be Marksman. In fact, I think I used him exactly once in CB, after building him specifically for that, due to not understanding how much his extra turn on A1 absolutely messes everything up. Couple that with the fact that I had a pretty stacked HE roster, and he was basically just immediately relegated to the vault.
In terms of who I spent the most resources on relative to how much I actually used them, though, I think there's no question that the answer is Narma. I brought her to 60 and fully booked her, because I thought I could make a one-key UNM team with double ME built around her extend. No matter how much I tried, though, I just couldn't make it work. She's now sitting in the vault collecting dust. I did use her for a few months before I got Helicath, but given the amount I spent on her, she definitely takes the prize. Though I don't know if I'd go quite so far as to say I regret building her - I did get some useful insights into how randomness plays out over large sample sizes.
Easy choice for me: my 2nd Maneater ... Still not willing/able to build an unkillable team for CB, even I have more than enough heroes for that (e.g. Demitha, Helicath, ...)
Honorable mention: Skull Lord Var-Gull ... used to beat Scarab King at DT hard 100, but failed miserably even with 100k+ HP and 400 res
