i'd shoot for something like tayrel, steelskull, occult brawler, geomancer, and hotatsu. you could also use narma as she's an absolute monster in clan boss, but she's of fairly limited use outside it as well as a massive book cost.

while you're still ranking up the above champions, i'd try using tayrel, rhazin, geomancer, steelskull, and apothecary.

could you give me some more advice pls. i dont really undestand what what speed should I collect for each of the champions (Im talking about the pack tayrel, rhazin, geomancer, steelskull, and apothecary)   

Generally speaking for comps like the one(s) you're aiming for, you want to be going at a 1:1 speed versus the Clan Boss, or taking 1 turn with your champions for every 1 turn that the Clan Boss takes. Here are the speeds for the Clan Boss difficulties, along with other stats to aim for:
