Not quite sure I follow.  Do you have a couple of screenshots or a video that shows it happening?

Are you sure you aren't fighting a team that has a Valkyrie?  Valk's passive (Jealousy) reduces enemy champions turn meter by 10% for each buff that they receive

YA its exactly that... floor 94 of DT. With all them counterattackers... I thought it was a bug, thanks for clearig that up

I really, really want to see some video or screenshots if you can reproduce it. 

Floor 94 on Doom tower normal?  Isn't that the one with 2x Valkyrie, 2x Martyrs and 1 Angar?  If not, can you post a screenshot of it as I am not in front of my Raid game at the moment.  

There's also champions like Countess Lix that receives turn meter boost each time an ally receives a debuff, which can push them in front of your champions in terms of speed/turn order

Finally beat that floor, i had to manual the whole thing, so tricky. Deliana was ablle to slow the first wave but at 5-50, she was too weak and died. Then Bad, Kyoku, Elhain and High Khatun somehow managed to win the last 2 waves. In the end, Kyoku was the only one left standing LOL

It would work better with a debuffer or a buff thief instead of Deliana, but right now i got nothing levelled up. Warcaster and Hope are in my bag, but naked and still only level 40....

Nice work, glad you were able to get past the floor.  Some of them are a punish.  There's a couple out there that I hate having to deal with, such as the 2x Skartorsis, 2x Madam Serris, 1x Lua on Floor 45 Hard
