Forgive me for such a noobish question, but I am new to the game. I came in just before the Hellicath event and just played, not realizing I wasn't in a good position to complete the event.
My question is this: Should I save these guys because they'll be needed for some future event, or do I use them to rank up other heroes?

There won't be a future event so those Lamiburs are essentially 8 rares like any other right now, so unless you really want them for Faction Guardians I would turn them -or at least most of them - into chickens.

I would keep 2 for Faction Guardians. Feed the rest to level up one. There could be a buff in the future. We never know. My advice is why I am still mid game.
Rares are often safe to eat and Skinwalkers don't really have any other solid rares other than Gnarlhorn, that would benefit from Faction Guardians. Saving a pair does seem harmless for now even though I don't see much long term value in it.
