so im at the the turning point where I'm finally almost ready to get my first 6 star and I'm not sure which one I should do it with. any suggestions would appreciated right now I'm leaning towards tallia but id rather get input from people who know what they are doing lol.
Kael. You need to be able to reliably farm campaign brutal 12-3, and Kael can easily do that for you. This will help you make food faster and help with silver as well. Put him in life steal, which you can farm in Valdemar Straights. And work on his masteries. He will also be useful in arena and Demon Lord, and really everywhere at this point. Deliana will be useful at this point ad well. Hopefully you'll have someone better than Tallia before you invest to much in her.
if you have other champs to consider post a screen shot and someone will give you better advice.

I would never take Tallia to 60. Ever.
Kael is your best bet because he's easy to build/book and will help you with early content (mainly farming campaign which is huge) and is viable well into the mid game.
Deliana will help with a lot of beginning and mid game content, even into the late game, but is more difficult to unlock her full capabilities. She should be your second 60 though, if you go with Kael for first.
Tallia you shouldn't waste the resources on, she's gonna fall off quick.
I still like Kael first for the reasons Chris and Angwil listed. I have heard people talk about Deliana in campaign but haven't had the time to try some sort of test of her and Kael side by side to see how they function in 12-3 Brutal (might actually try that this weekend and report back the next thread :D)
100% in on Deliana next, then waiting to see your roster after that.
I'm gonna be the contrarian vote here. Kael may accelerate your development marginally in the short-term, but in the long-term he'll be useless. I would start with Deliana. By the time you finish leveling and getting her masteries and etc, there's a non-insignificant chance you'll get someone better.
Im liking my deliana 60 , fully ascended , with good gear , masteries and some books ... im doing 4-3 brutal for FG rares and she does it in 7 sec ...
Edit and she doesnt that much worst than what my kael can do on 12-3 , 10-15 sec difference , which only matters at a certain point in game which i havent reached so take my opinion lightly!

Yes she does. In average I can get anywhere between 26 - 45 seconds based on RNG. For 12-3 brutal I actually use the starting champion (Elhain) since she has strong affinity and Deliana has a weak one, but anywhere else Deliana is way better. I took Delliana 1st to 60, because she opened a lot almost all the other areas of the game. I also managed to pull Kael who is level 50 fully ascended, but I use him only faction wars, CB and tag arena. You can solo spider 10 with a maxed Deliana and average gear without any problems. Also at least for early to mid game, you don`t need to book Deliana, because she has an AOE A1 with leech and decent cool down for A3.
wow i didnt expect so many responses so i did go with kael and wanted to share the rest of my champions to see who I should work towards next. also if anyone would give me input of best gear for kael id appreciate it I'm getting stomped by other level 60 kael groups in arena. i can post a list of my equipment if anyone wants to delve that far
Small advice for deliana , her skill uses the HP multiplier and not the attack one , she has way too much attack vs other stats ! Stacking HP and HP % over attack and attack% will provide her with more dmg (if that makes any sense)
Its something important to learn for this game , every skill has a main stat multiplier (the thingy that affects the dmg it will deal) and not all of them are attack !

i still new too but i follow this rule ..l speed required , main stat multiplier then crit rate/crit dmg , and accuracy if they need to land a debuffs !
