So, i just pulled a Kalvalax this morning, but now i dont know if i should 60 Vogoth or Kalvalax next. Can someone please settle this debate im having with myself for me please?

i rolled a die for you. 1 to 3 meant Vogoth, 4 to 6 meant Kalvalax.

So, here's the last roster you pasted earlier. If there are other significant updates, you should definitely post a new one. Given the below roster, Kalva definitely would help, yes. You have a ton of excellent support champs already - I don't think you need to bring Vogoth to 60, except if you are planning on building out a CB team. What you're lacking is waveclearing for dungeons, and Kalva will make that much faster.

Bystophus is interesting - but ultimately I think Kalva will suit you better for dungeons. You have a really strong roster overall. Plenty of good choices of things to level.
