Properly tuning a solo Spider 20 champ
Hi all,
Trying to figure out how to speed up my solo Spider 20 run. Right now, I get about 2 min 30 s with Tyrant. Would love to get this to sub-2minutes.
A few things I've noticed:
- On the second eat, many of the spiderlings are very low in hp - hard to tell exactly, but looks like another one or two hp burn ticks will clear 6+ of them before the Queen can eat, assuming the burn from the Queen triggers before she eats, that is.
- On the third eat, most of the spiderlings are still at around 40% hp.
- The Queen usually dies before the fourth eat, although occasionaly will survive, resulting in the run lasting another minute or so.
- Very occasionally, I have run failures, though I'm not entirely sure what causes them. It seems to be some combination of too many poisons not being resisted, and too many burns being resisted.
