Gear is admittedly pretty good, but most of these champs are free. Mortu is only there for block buffs, so you could put anyone in his place. Abbess does smack pretty hard, but you could sub her for any good AoE nuker. This is full auto, and the 3 minutes is actually longer than was necessary, hit the 1-key mark at around a minute and a half. Of course this is rotation-specific, but not really that much so. The heads just explode real quick from the big aoe nukes that Ruel and Thea bring.
