Okay, so I have the following Epic Dupes that I'm considering keeping: Royal Guard, Tayrel, Dark Elhain (all three are keepers in my humble opinion), Saichi and Rearguard Sergeant. Looking for advice on Saichi and Rearguard Sergeant. Thanks in advance. Below are SS of my roster (disclaimer: I already know I have too many 50's, working on fixing that):

Out of your dupes, Royal Guard is the one you're most likely to end up building and using, whereas the rest - including the ones you don't have marked as keepers - should be thrown into Faction Guardians unless you absolutely run out of space. If you get to that point you should start crunching the rares you have saved up, first.
Arbiter, Tayrel, 2x royal guard and whoever get faction wars done.
arbiter,tayrel,, 2x royal guard, Ninja get through almost all floors on all normal doomtower rotations.
Only royal guard is worth developing a second time, but all are at keeperps for faction guardians.
