Hydra isn't a fight that you can just build one team for. You need to alternate based on the rotation. 

That said, duchess will be in just about all of your teams. Heli will be in many of them.

This time around, you'll probably want deliana too, for her debuffs, and scyl for more passive healing. Then just put your next two best geared people in.

You have enough of good champions to build one decent Hydra team. Duchess will be your hard carry, make sure she's tanky and fast. 

For Mischief tank you can use Lord Champfort, slow in high RES. If he can keep dec ACC on Mischief all the time, then 200+ RES is enough. If not, aim for 420 on Normal just to be safe. 

Third spot: Stag Knight or Deacon for dec DEF and/or ATK. 

Fourth, Scyl for extra healing, fast, preferably in Relentless.

Fifth and sixth: your best DPS. 

Ideally, you would use 2 DPS champs, so that when one of them gets eaten, the other, alongside other champions, can free him up quickly.

I don't know what your gear is like, but assuming the worst, this team should do several milion on Normal, provided you manual. Certainly better than 400K.😁

It appears you likely still have sh!t gear.  Probably need to shift focus to dungeons after you 6star helicath.  You seem to have got 12.3 brutal down ;)  with that many 6star champs u should have at least 2 capable hydra teams.

But @ your original reply - me neither lol idc if I could get every champion there was, would completely ruin my interest in raid. Youve got more 60s than me though, about as many legos as well. We're pretty close most likely w champs and builds.

I would give up a Shazzar & a Sicia for your Lillitu, however.

I still have crap gear on most champs.  I dont know how to gear each one.  I need some for multiple uses.  Others for just one.  Ayumi does not help me that much.  

If you have crap gear, you need to farm Dragon, Spider and Firke Knight until you have better gear. Don't forget faction wars because the amts you get there will enable you to make Perception gear...it is a long grind to get good gear

If you post some builds we can suggest what to be looking for while you farm, what pieces and main stats on those you want.....

Okay - so let's start with this one.

The good:

• HP and DEF are pretty solid. No complaints here.
• A very good amount of RES too

The bad:

• You want her to be *way* faster. Even if that comes at the cost of some of your other stats. Try to aim for closer to 250 SPD
• I don't love your masteries. I would go with this - key point here being you cannot use this on cb: https://raidbro.com/masteries?v=v1&m=000001qxc01exk4

The ugly:

• You're missing an amulet. Get one.

Next up.

The good:

• Really solid HP

The bad:

• You probably want more DEF if you're truly trying to tank - I assume, for Spider 20. You'll want closer to 3K DEF for that.
• On the other hand, if you're not intending him to be a Spider 20 tank, then you need way more CR. 60% is way too low.
• You don't need any accuracy at all, so if you're getting that from anything other than just incidental substats, you can definitely re-gear away from it.

The ugly:

• Finish those masteries, man. C'mon.
• WTF is that 1* banner? Is your Spider luck really that bad?

And, last but not least - won't even waste my time with the full breakdown here. You clearly need more gear for her. The DEF is good, but she's an HP-based champ, not a DEF-based one, so you should have her with quite a lot more HP. You also need *way* more ACC, since her main value comes from the A2 and A3 debuffs.
