Secret rooms are Doom Tower, not CB. And they don't block progress, they're optional.

Specifically to your question about CB, here's what you'll want to do:

• Draco (DEF down, Weaken, Poison, Damage)
• Kreela (Ally Attack)
• Deacon (Aura, Leech) - turn off A2 and A3
• Sepulcher Sentinel (ATK down, DEF up, Block Debuffs)
• Duchess Litilu (Block Debuffs, Damage Reduction)

It's a bit of a weird comp I'll admit, but incredibly, you don't seem to have a single champ with a 3-turn cooldown, 2-turn duration DEF up. So we're going to hack together two champs to cover one role. Duchess doesn't do DEF up, but her passive reduces damage significantly. Between the two of them, you'll always have either DEF up or Perfect Veil active, and you'll always have Block Debuffs active.

In terms of ordering, you'll want Draco to be first, so everyone benefits from the DEF down/Weaken, and you'll want Sepulcher Sentinel and Duchess to be last. All of them should be between 170 and 189 speed. In terms of delays, because of the weirdness we're doing, you should be okay to run on full auto, except you'll want to have Sepulcher and Duchess stagger their A2 by two turns. That way you'll always have at least one buff active.

Can you suggest a patch work team for Doom.?

Probably something along the lines of Duchess + Psylar + Scyl + Visix + Mountain King

Duchess/Visix/Scyl as a core should let you beat most if not all of normal Doom Tower, assuming you can get the gear right. 

Depending on the stage you might want more crowd control and/or damage. Will need to adjust as you go through. Something like Kram should work a bunch, might be a bit slow but should be consistent. 

I have started getting more and better speed gear.  I have using a lot of lower level gear on FW so I can clean out gear storage.  Its starting to come together.  

Slow is what I do best.   lol
