Armiger will help, yeah. The only rares worth building for FK are Apothecary and Coldheart, though.

Don't force it. FK is one of those bosses that requires specific champs to really beat properly. Don't level random rare champs just to get past a mission. 

I will force it , just for stage 13 :P but armiger is 50 , fully ascended and half booked+ , would just need to 60 it during next CvC , then can focus back on food farming alongside missions and challenge here and there when they align with events ^^

Edit: I say force it , only because im rly close to beating it ,and if armiger 60 would push it , im willing to try , no matter the set back in food :) Also Apo is my 2nd champs after kael since day 13 ;) do need coldheart tho :( no luck on that one !

I think a bigger question you need to answer is - in ~8 months, you have only three level 60s. That's a much more relevant problem. What are you using your energy on? You need a full team of 60s for every type of content in the game.

I agree with krama not to force it. Beating stage 13 of FK is irrelevant for now. Better concentrate to beat Dragon 20 as fast as possible, as you can get the gear to beat the other dungeons there. An account, that is able to do Dragon 20 and FK, Spider and Ice Golem 12 is closer to beat all other dungeons lvl 20 than an account that is able to beat all dungeons lvl 15, 16, 17 or so. 

To beat the higher dungeons of FK, you don't need only the right champs, you need some gear as well. You champs have to be fast enough to deplete his shield and keep his turnmeter down, while they need enough survivability to take some hits from the waves in stage 1 and 2.

The missions in this game have a weird oder, often you will find yourself stucked at one mission and you can allready see you have completed all of the following ones. It doesn't matter if you beat FK 13 now or later. The missions only distract the palyers in their progress.
