Best approach I think even for players like me - bored with x2s on anything, let alone void, where the odds seem no different at all and you just waste a pile of shards on crap pulls!

I had 36 voids, got something called Cardiel. I was so disappointed I fed him immediately to my Death Knight. Was hoping for a real top tier leggo like Jingwon, but no luck... 

Being rather new to this game (but not entirely new to Plarium and their ,,,interesting... way of monetizing their games. (Mech Arena...)), I just raced through the last few stars on campaign normal. To pick up the void shard at the end of that string of rewards. Not opened yet, but I did however see yellowy goldy colors for the first time when opening an ancient shard. Turned out Karato Foxhunter was hiding inside. Based on a quick search, he seems to be usable at least?

I hope your post was in jest.  Cardiel is S rated Lego.  Or was before he became fast food.
