What suggestions should I send to Plarium about improvements?

I'm sorry, I can't get past the fact that you list 4 points, but number them 1, 2, 4 and 5.  What do you have against the number 3!?  What did it ever do to you?!?

3 is the bored person's 2.

I will try to translate OP and add my experience sometimes ...

1: Staying in the tier you are in the night before ranking ends is too rough , too many people go push last minute , maybe lower the point loss when your defense lose( i went from gold 1 close to gold 2 , to silver 3 in 24hrs cuz sleep and work :P)

2: Tag team arena could use a buff on bars so the reward are more in line with the requirement (im seeing full teams of 60 when im 20days in and only have 4x 60s) 

3: THERE IS NO #3! :P

4: Hydra needs better reward and a lower difficulty so people can start it earlier(more things to do , im always trying it once a week so always like 2/3 keys  , maybe add a hydra trainer with subpar rewards :P 

5: This is just false , they do listen , doesnt mean they'll do exactly what people tell them to ;)

then why are peeps leaving even choosen sketh cold brew list goes on they are board to lol raid was fun but they need somthing new to make the old new again cuz its same stuff over and over every day and dont get me wrong i still like the game but when peeps just start to quit playing after they spend lots of money to me then somthing needs to change

Now i will agree with that for sure. Hydra , if you look how hard it is -should have way better rewards. This rewards are like "loughing" in the players face. 3vs3 tag doesnt have no balance, what i see in silver i should see in gold. And than they put in the mission to reach the gold in 3v3 ???

I think raid push players to seat by the game more and more with all quests, missions ect ect. But they not give rewards on the end as many would expect. So when they wrote on the end "....and win HUGE rewards!" is just misleading players. Sad is that real good players who was like golden ducks for raid quit and some new players quit before they even start.

If you were my clan leader  i'd  be  bored  too.    Why not suggest to  your clan members  to find a more interesting clan to join?    

We're losing end game players left and right too, sometimes people are ready to just move on.

Making losses count in g5 instead of plat I think would satisfy the competitive crowd while leaving the rest of us to farm GH though.

Well if raid will do more changes like they are doing now like giving free leggos and fixin stuff like the hydra peeps will stay !! Like i said make the old raid new again and your now on the right path !! Listen to the players more what we want lol

As  a  player  who  enjoys  collecting  heroes,  im  pretty  bored  of  the  stupid  dupe  system.  All  these  new  cool  heroes  and  im  still  getting  my 7th  dupe  leggio  in  some  cases.

Hydra  is  boring and  my clan  is  a  revolving  door   as  people  join mature clans  due  to  player  churn.
