I just wish that instead of block active skills, it was increased skill cooldowns.  It technically accomplishes a same thing, but would make her a possible candidate for Eternal Dragon.  This would at least give her somewhere in the game to shine.

Though I agree that the A2 is a massive buff

I think you are going to see her start showing up in meme arena teams. Woad Painted + Ironclad, both in Stoneskin. Hilarity ensues. Add more copies of those two to the same team for extra hilarity.
