Can we buff Norog a little bit?
He's a good lego but fairly outdated by today standarts, if we buffed his passive so he cant be feared that would make sense in his kit and make him a viable lego again

There are definitely other affinity - and a few voids for that matter - that need to come before Norog. Definitely has some applications, including everyone's favorite game mode.
