Just pulled her, am curious as to what everybody's opinion is if yall got her. Im lacking Void DPSers and I know she has pretty good multipliers and ATK +crit rate buff on herself so seemingly out of the box she's A tier atleast.
Before I buy masteries and use all my gems, i'd love some feedback. Thanks.
She's a decent single-target nuker for KR21. That's pretty much the only place I'd use her. Since all of her abilities are single-target, she'd need to have absolutely bonkers multipliers to justify using elsewhere - and she doesn't. Her multipliers are just standard.

4×ATK, 3.8xATK and the double hitter is a 5.2xATK. Those are pretty good.. I guess for single target they may be standard. My question is, will she hit harder than, say, knight-errant or excruciator vs. Dungeon bosses? Both of them have ATK% bonuses in their kit, but Whisper is the only one that has ATK buff and Crit rate buff.
Now, I already have a Saito for this purpose, hes got a single hit attack woth a 7xATK multiplier plus AOE after first hit with 20% damage bonus that mostly procs. But he is magic affinity, mine and everyone elses majority affinity within their collection...
Neither Knight-Errant nor Excruciator are worth building out. None of the three you mentioned are worth building for anything other than FW, and even there I'd hesitate.
Saito, on the other hand, is very solid. Not an S-tier lego, but easily in the running. The main reason he isn't used more is because his kit is almost excusively centered around damage. But he excels at that. Do note that the 20% bonus damage doesn't apply to the AOE damage part, though - only to the single hit.

I use her in UNM UK in relentless set, due to her passives of 20% extra damage to bosses and 10% chance for extra turn + her a3 gives another extra turn, she does get those rather often. Probably one of few chars where relentless set actually makes sense to use.
Though it really depends on your setup, she provides weakness, which I did not have before, as well as I don't have increase attack, so with her self buffs she does similiar damage to Ninja, lagging a bit behind, with them both having pretty similiar gear.
This is in middle game, I do about 60 to 65mil per key and recently stopped relying on poisons.
Of course if you have something like Draco or Jintoro or mass increase attack, then she wouldn't really be worth it.
