I'm inclined to say Scyl. Though you're going to be using both all over the place for awhile, anyway. 

Question: did you never take your starter up to 60, and who are you using to farm campaign/how long does it take?

I think you'd be best off with Maulie first. She can keep the waves locked down with her provoke, which'll make it far easier for the others to survive.

@dthorne04 I'm a budget player so on the first day of playing I managed to get Zavia from a free void shard. So I focus on upgrading her first and she easily solo clear brute stage 12 like 30 sec. 

I would go with Scyl.. you are lacking a strong reviver. Godseeker would work as well but Scyl has a better kit/ higher base stats than Godseeker.
