I  can  beat  the  above  set  ups  a  dozen  different ways.

But  its  not  about  me  -  It's about  you.

What  heroes  do  you  own?

What  gear  do  you  own?

Only a dozen?

Team power isnt really a major metric for you right now so ignore that.

Its hard to suggest a team to win, without knowing your roster.

You're gonna need *way* more speed than you currently have, so get to farming dragon 20. But the comp you'll probably eventualy use, is:

• Khatun lead (replace when you get someone with the same aura but better) - tuned to go after Kimi
• Kimi - gear her to be fastest, > 270 SPD, open with A3
• Karato Foxhunter - tuned to go after Khatun, open with A3 
• Aleksander

I don't love the setup, but you don't have anyone better than Karato for a lockdown champ. The goal will be to have Karato lock their skills down, Alek to do some damage, and likely go through a second round of attacks to finish them off.

I can only beat dragon lvl 17 right now. Thats why I am building royal guard up.

You  are  100%  correct.

Your  Power  is  extremely low.

It  is  due  to  you  overwhelming your  heroes.

It  seems  to  me  you  built  your  heroes  for  Clan  Boss,  but  than  decided  to  use  them  for  Dungeons,  Arena,  &  Campaign.

Your  trying  to  use  the  same  hero  with  the  same  gear  for  everything and  as  a  result  it  has  caused  your  Arena  power  to  suffer.

Take  a  look  at  your  Kael  &  Alexsander as  an  example.

Your  Kael  has  34k  Power,  but  Alexsander has  25k  Power

Your  Kael  has  3  Epic  Gears  +  3  Rare  Gears  +  3  Rare  Accessories 

Your  Alexsander has  4  Epic  Gears  +  2  Rare  Gears  +  2  Epic  Accessories +  1  Rare  Accessories 

On  the  surface,  you  can  see  that  your  Alexsander should  have  more  power.

His  gear  is  better  quality.

He  is  also  Legendaries hero  vs.  Kael  only  being  Rare.

The  reason  your  Kael  has  more  power  is  because you  made  your  Alexsander more  Tanky.

You  built  Alexsander with  more  Defense  +  ACC vs.  Attack  +  Critical Rate

What  the  above  means  is  Alexsander  will  survive better  when  he  gets  hit ,  but  doesn't do  a  big  punch  like  Kael.

This  set  up  is  what  you  might  expect for  Clan  Boss  because you  want  Alex  to  live  for  a  while,  but  in  Arena  the  set  up  isn't ideal  because you  would  want  more  punch  to  try  and  kill  enemy  waves.

So  you  see  -  Your  Power  should  be  higher  like  the  players  your  fighting  against,  but  you  intentionally built  your  hero  weaker  for  a  different area  of  the  game.

I dont use alex in clan boss. 

I use him for that defence break mode.

Then comes kael and then geo. 

But enemies are usually way faster so I lose.

Again - the answer is, farm Dragon 20. No matter what team you attempt to use, you're not going to succeed without meeting a minimum speed boundary.

Couldn't agree more. Time to farm speed gear. Everyone hits that wall eventually and has to focus farming to get faster. f Kimi is going to be our fastest champ,  in the comp that Krama recommednded, we want her to get to 300 speed to effectively progress.

There are two places in the game to farm the initial Speed gear to get your speed lead champ to 300. The first is Dragon 20.

The second is Campaign, preferrably Nightmare. 6-6 for Uncommon/Common 6 star Speed Boots. Then 6-7 for Rare Speed gear that rolls Speed substat twice.

Either of these take time, could be weeks of farming or more.

On a side note, not to take away from the big thing, which is to farm Speed Gear....

Champ Power and Team Power play no real role on who wins matches in Arena. Power is unequally rated, to favor Resistance for example, and I just use it to determine which team attack the defense team with.

What I am trying to show in the pics above is that it is most important you build teams that work well together, and hit the stats they need to be at to suceed. In your case, that is getting your Speed Lead (Kimi) and your Aura Champ/Second Speed Booster (High Khatun) much faster. This will ensure in Silver and lower Gold that you go first and can effectively nuke most enemy teams before they get a chance to nuke you.

If  your  not  using  Alex  for  Clan  Boss,  I  would recommend changing his  set  up.

Lifesteal  Gear  +  Tanky  isn't really  an  Ideal  set  up  for  Non-Clan  Boss  Activities.

You  would  be  better  off  building Alex  as  a  Hybrid  Nuker/Debuff

4  Piece  Stun  +  2  Piece  Perception with  like  Critical Rate  Gloves.

here what u should do... 

keep kael, khan, doompriest, fahrakin, dhukk, sandlashed...

ur problem is u dont enough DMG dealers / nukers...

ur kael is main, all others are supports n defenders...

all ur heros more for CB than Arena...

in Arena u dont have single chance with those pick...

btw i dont see  ur Seeker... how u dont have Seeker?

If you look above there's excellent advice - especially given OP's time spent in the game - as to what arena champs they have available. Doompriest would be a terrible arena choice given OPs roster. Karato and (especially) Kimi are more than reasonable arena options. 

As to why OP magically doesn't have Seeker, it probably has something to do with the fact there are ~210 pullable affinity epics. Just a guess.

Thorne already said this but ... what? That's an absolutely terrible arena team. You'll win zero fights with that. Not to mention you have six champs there in your list. There isn't even a single useful combo from those six.
