Why Hordin apon a kill doesnt get Extra Turn ???

So why sumtimes Hordin doesn get Extra Turn apon kill ?
only his a1 grants an extra turn if he kills an enemy. the first video clearly shows him using his a2 and while the second one cuts out too soon to tell for sure, i think its safe to assume he's doing the same there. if you want him to get the extra turn every time he kills an enemy, make a team setup for your faction crypt and deactivate his a2.

so u are saying that a2 cuts his a1, if enemy not killed with a1 no extra turn like....
