Can you post some screens? Usually it is something fixable. :)

Are you sure you are using Attack %? If the primary stat doesn't have that % in it, it doesn't count.

it may also have to be equiped to a particular type of champion.

i have 2 ATX champions with the required stuff but not giving the mission 

Check the items themselves. I'd be willing to bet that at least one of them is not ATK%, but in fact is just ATK.

Also, since you seem new - a quick word of advice. I'm noticing you are upgrading common and uncommon items to level 12. I strongly recommend you do *not* attempt upgrading those to level 16. It will almost certainly not be worth the silver.

Be very diligent in which items you choose to upgrade to level 16. This applies at all stages of the game, but is especially applicable for new players.

thanks.  i got it now so each artifacts have either Hp, defense , atx or anything else so i now know what to do and yes on upgrade will start doing epic or legendary equipment thanks for all the
