When a player with 150 power cannot beat a player with 29 power something is wrong. 4 Champions to 1 Champion and still cannot win a battle something is wrong with the game. This needs to be fixed. That Champion should have at least been 200 power. Power levels way off. 

Rare gear can help you A10C... I did some testing today on Apothecary to show he can be above 280 in predominantly Rare gear.

None of this gear rolled speed more than twice, even the two epic pieces. You CAN get OVER 280 speed with just rare speed gear. You can get to triple If you want to geat faster, you can run dragon.....or do what I did a while back, and run campaign. 

Rare gear drops form the boss levels, so 6-7 in this case for speed, lots of 6-7 on Brutal and Nightmare campaign. As you can see, the boots are just Common boots from 6-6. 

Now I am not saying the farming will go quick, but give it two weeks of using ALL your energy to farm 6-7 on Nightmare preferably, and you asbolutely will get quicker than 250 by the end of that. I can nearly promise it.

TL;DR: Power levels are bullsh*t!

What i would suggest, not knowing any specifics about your team or your build, is to try to circumvent speed entirely and build a tanky go 2nd team. If you can't climb over a mountain - go around it. I've retired my speed team around mid December, since i realized i can't compete in raw speed anymore. Now all my teams revolve around Stoneskin Cardinal, Vogoth and Sandlashed. Maybe you could try something similar.

Also, choosing your opponent is a skill everyone needs to learn and constantly improve. Focus on finding teams at the bottom of the page that you have a chance of beating, avoid those a the top unless you are certain you can beat them. That way you will gain points easier and gradually climb up.

Every team is way stronger. No weak teams for me to try against. That is part of the problem. I get nothing but way high powered teams now to go against. I dropped down to just abouve Tier II. I keep hitting reset and using 5 gems to reset and get nothing but top of the game players. Cannot get rare or epic or legendary gear in speed set from Dragon or Nightmare for speed sets. That is the other problem. None have speed and are mostly 3 star gear. 

I completely sympathise, but would suggest the first priority is to build a team that can reliably do dragon 20 and spider 20 to improve the drop rate of speed gear and speed subset banners.

If most of the gear you are getting is 3 star i presume you are hitting a lower dragon level.

What level Dragon are you doing now?

Tough to really give insight without updates on what your current progress/gear looks like. 

Yea, if most of your good gear are 3 stars then unfortunately Silver 4 is out of your reach.  You definately need to spend some time in Dragon farming for at least 5 star items that can be rolled.  This isn't just speed, but even gear for your DPS and debuffers.  You will need more than 3 star gear to complete against others

A potential quick solution is to craft a bunch of perception gear in the forge if you have sufficient resources.

For A10C specifically tho, even Dragon isn't neccessary until he gets to 280. Farm Common speed boots in 6-6 Brutal or Nightmare, and Rare Speed gear in 6-7 Brutal or Nightmare. Look for speed substats, and double speed rolls when rolling to 8.

If you are just looking for speed, and looking for it quickly, no need to do Dragon until you have at least one viable set from Campaign. :)

How do you do that? I cannot even get past Stage 10

That's not true with the help from some ppl on here I use her a lot of places she can be a speed demon
