The  increased  damage  may  be  useful  in  things  like  Spider,  Frost  Spider,  Nether  Spider,  and  Clan  Boss,  seems  like  a  decent  idea,  though  I  don't  know  if  I  see  it  coming  to  the  game.

The  decreased  HP  burn  damage  doesn't  seem  like  it  would  be  worth  the  use.  The  only  places  where  I  really  see  it  are  Magma  Dragon  and  Bommel,  but  even  there  it's  protection  is  probably  very  minimal.

Other games have things like Oil debuffs, which have effects like burn damage and duration increase, I like the Idea and I believe it was suggestedto plarium's devs a while agi, no response yet. but i'll check again in case it wasn't.
