Frankie, what would help is to know what sort of equipment you have. Can you use the fitting room to check what the max speed you could reach on Arbiter is? Also, can you check if you have the gear to outfit a full team with 300RES, ontop of their other normal stats?
The fastest i can make arbiter is 309 at the best but if i get some speed glyphs i can get It up higher

I hate to sound pedantic, but the devil's in the details. When you say "if I get some speed glyphs I can get it up higher" - how *much* higher? A "good" speed glyph roll will give +3 speed (yes, I know, it can go as high as +8, but let's be realistic - how often do you really get that?)
That means, if *none* of your gear is currently glyphed, you can get up to +18 more speed on average, just from glyphs. But that's assuming none is glyphed.
The reason I ask is - 309 is not good enough for G4. But 309 + 18 from glyphs gets you to 327, which *is* respectable. It's not *great*, but it's competitive, and with other supports, it could easily work for G4.
Do you have a Madam Serris hiding in your vault by any chance?
A Top Tier Arena set up I see people run is:
Leader: Arbiter
1st move: Siphi
2nd move: Arbiter
3rd move: Madam Serris
4th move: Trunda
Fastest gear on Siphi in that team composition.
If you don't own Serris, you could try Abbess or Uugo instead.
---------------------------
Another fun set up I see is:
Leader: Arbiter
1st move: Arbiter
2nd move: Longbeard or Chosen
3rd move: Rae
4th move: Skullcrown
This would be a Blender composition.
------------------------------------
A few things I am wondering about include:
- Do you own a Duchess?
- Do you own a Mountain King?
- Do you own Tormin?
- Do you own Hegemon?
- Do you own Underpriest Brogni?
- Do you own Seeker?
- Do you own any Shield gear?
- Do you own any Resistance gear?
- Do you own any Swift Parry gear?
- Do you own any Immunity gear?
The advice given above is all sound, for my two cents I would advise you to research general arena guides on youtube, in order to understand the most common tricks and tactics along with general raid PVP theory ( which is pretty straight forward at it's core ) .
There are several successful arena team archetypes. Once you get a good grasp on the basics you'll be able to experiment with different combinations. here are a few topics to research :
- Speed teams
- Go second teams
- Speed tuning
- Arena nuker gearing.
- Arena stripper gearing
- Arena team composition.

I have been doing some reserche and im going to do some expermeting here soon
Sorry for late reply, I saw Candraphon on your roster so that is why I asked you about what other heroes you owned.
I was trying to find a pair to build a team around Candraphon.
What about the following set up:
Leader: Seeker
1st move: Seeker
2nd move: Tayrel
3rd move: Candraphon
4th move: Vogoth
I think Vogoth should be in a Shield set.
