Another dumb newb question... in all the current tournaments/events I see what I assume are fragments, but where are they if you get them? I got one from that tournament that just ended, but for the life of me, cant find it anywhere in game.
those aren't fragments, they're champions. you'll find her in your champion collection or your inbox if your collection was full.

You're doing the fusion? Or at least trying to fuse the Epic?
Always worth going for the Epics if you can, even if you are very early game. And Fylja looks pretty alright, good base stats with a nice self-buff and a decent AoE. :)

Not necessarily going for it, I'll get what I get, we'll see I guess. The level champ events/tourneys is where I do good since I'm grinding so much. Will be going 'all in' in that tournament next week if top prize is 6* leg relentless gear again.

6 star relentless stuff is always worth sniping if you can do it! I got two of the tourneys myself during the current fusion already, which is awesome! :D

Yep. Unfortunately leveling champs is pretty much the only ones I can compete in now. Stock piling 4* food now to hit it hard asap in a week... up to 13 of them

Nice. Keep at it! Just need four of the rares to get the Epic. It's a HUGE ask for an early account, but every decent epic you can pickup can be really impactful for you. :)
