There should be a little notification in-game. It'll start in like ... 16 hours ish?

I see it now, but I don't think it appears until like 16 hours before event.  I'm looking for days notice if possible.  

It appears 24 hours before the event. But, it also goes on a pretty steady schedule - once a month. So you could just lookup the previous time and just skip to next month to see when the next one will be.

It usually starts every 2nd Tuesday morning.  But very rarely they have changed it up for whatever reason.  Usually every other one is personal rewards, but even that's not set in stone.

Pretty much what Angwil said. It's been every two weeks and has been static in its start time for good while now. For me it begins at 1 AM PST/4 AM EST on Tuesday overnight.

I guess there is nothing where they announce it ahead of time (besides the 16 hour notice).  I will keep in mind the every other Tuesday.

Yes. It is every other Tuesday.

Except... one time in history many moons ago they tried it on the weekend.

I usually just check Hellhades.com timers for CvC , hasnt been wrong in 6 months 

People HATED that, yes sir.

So the cvc is on schedule but it isnt going to be personal rewards like they said it was.

They announced well before even the last cvc there would not be 2 pr in a row.
