How should I best gear Ma'Shalled for Clan Boss. My thoughts here are to leverage the leech ability and put all my CB team in Stalwort gear and focus less on defense and more on other attributes. Any help would be appreciated, and thank you in advance.
No question you'll want to make use of the leech. But more importantly - Salad enables a pile of comps that are just not possible without him.
You should take a look at Ma'Shalled (deadwoodjedi.com) , and see if you can build any of those. They'll almost certainly be better than anything else.
Can you also post your entire roster? Would be helpful in figuring out what routes you can or should go.

I'm thinking to replace Ursala with Ma'Shalled and replace Anax with Fayne as I just got them to 60 and will be gearing and mastering them
Honestly - any suggestions to your current team are moot. Salad enables an entire different set of rotations that are completely different from your existing ones.
With Salad, your goal is to build 2:1 rotations (sometimes even 3:1), instead of the classic 1:1 rotation.
