Good to know. This was an open question in the previous thread on this champ, and now we know the answer. That officially solidifies him as being a completely useless champ.

Plenty of reworking to make him viable:

1. Make the passive work on *all* champs if the debuff(s) are placed from a single ability. 
2. Make the A3 place the Strengthen buff on *all* allies, not just on himself. 
3. Make the A2 attack *all* enemies, and not just one target.

Any one of these brings him up from trash tier to situationally useful. Two of them probably puts him in line with what most would expect from a void lego. All three will move him up to S-tier.

Jingwon is indeed extremely lackluster and we've shared feedback about him already and how he could be tweaked to represent his void legendary status better.

Of course, it may or may not be he will ever receive some love given he just got released.

Well, on the bright side, he LOOKS pretty awesome.  What's up with that giant hand he's carrying around?  Mysterious!

I could see the hand being from a yokai that got hunted down by Jingwon.

There's also some kind of seal written onto the giant's hand, most likely to bind it and render it harmless.

Maybe the seal is TOO effective, which would explain why Jingwon was born with a nerfed kit.

Jingwon  is  truly  avoid  legendary.
